What is Mums & Bubs? Mums and Bubs is a specialised Group Fitness Session specifically aimed at New Mums who are looking to help their bodies recover and rehabilitate after childbirth. All exercises are programmed to help the body gain back strength and repair Diastasis Recti (stomach separation) and the pelvic floor.
Do I need to be a new mum to attend? No - Mums & Bubs is appropriate for all people of all fitness levels. It is just a specially designed workout program that is safe for all.
What about my baby? Baby comes along for the class. There are many other babies and lots of toys to keep them occupied. And if baby gets fussy or needs a feed, mum is more than welcome to take a quick break from the session to see to bub.
But I'm not fit at all.. Doesn't matter - we've all got to start somewhere! As I said before - this session is appropriate and most of all SAFE for all fitness levels!
